Meal prep matters for training because it quietly solves a bunch of problems that hold your progress back—energy, recovery, consistency, and even motivation.  If you want to start meal prepping for training:
	1.	Pick 1–2 protein sources for the week (e.g. chicken & eggs, tofu & lentils).
	2.	Batch cook carbs: rice, pasta, potatoes, oats.
	3.	Add easy veg: frozen veg, salad mixes, roasted trays of veg.
	4.	Build simple meals like:
	•	Chicken, rice, broccoli, olive oil
	•	Oats, whey, berries, peanut butter
	•	Beef mince, pasta, tomato sauce, mixed veg
